Forwarding ports for bittorrent

Hi,

I configured my WL700 as upnp device and want to use it for bt downloads. It says it will use the port 2600-2630. Do I have to forward them manually or does it forward them by itself.
The BT Downloads seem to be so slow that something ought to be wrong.
