Bekijk de volledige versie : Transfer from WLAN to LAN (internal) is slow

Hi everybody,

I just unpacked my brand new Asus WL500GP (factory firmware and noticed something very annoying:

When transferring files (e.g. 3 MB of size) from my LAN (100Mbit full duplex - no autosensing) to WLAN (54Mbit) transfer rates seem to be normal (less than 4 seconds). But when transferring files (e.g. 3 MB of size) from WLAN (54 Mbit) to LAN (100 Mbit full duplex - no autosensing) all of a sudden the transfer takes around 7 minutes to complete. A transfer from LAN to LAN is regular aswell (transfer rates up to 8 MB/s depending on file)

Does anybody have an idea why this is happening? Help would be greatly appreciated :)

There is a problem with the firmware. The Bandwith Manager don't work properly and I strongly recomend you to do a downgrade to the (You can find that firmware in Asus website).

Thanks guys, downgrading to it works fine.
Now I have time to spend on my second GP to test Oleg's firmware.
