Every time I put nameserver string into resolv.conf and save it, this file appears empty after reboot.
Why?

Let me guess:

It works using DHCP. Using static IP fails.
Hav a look at this (http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=8445).

I just added something like

echo ipadress_of_ISP >> resolv.conf

to post-boot

And that was enough for me to get ipkg and other things working.
