I have been so disappointed after buying this device, given the problems that I've had with it and the level of service and accountability that ASUS has taken. I hope that I am not the only one feeling this way ... but how can ASUS sell something that doesn't work as advertised and refuse to support it. I can't imagine. And today, I read the first blog post by former GIZMODO editor, Joel Johnson (http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/feature/horseshoes-and-hand-grenades-joel-johnson-returnsto-spank-us-all-for-supporting-crap-236310.php), and it really struck a nerve. I've excerpted a portion below and still feel strongly that there should be some level of action taken by ASUS that we have not seen yet. God knows how many times I've emailed their service/support dept ...
