Well, this seems to be 1.8.1.9 based build, but with debug information turned on in the et driver. I guess, this should aim in tracking down WAN port die problem. So, everyone with 1.8.1.9 and having WAN problem, which can be workaround by renewing DHCP lease should try to flash this firmware and check the system log. It should contain debug info (if it does not - probably Asus has forgotted something). You then should kill your WAN port and copy the system log BEFORE rebooting/renewing lease. Post it here. I will try to check for any hints on problem.
Also, just an idea - if it does not contain any debug info - try running

dmesg

via well known www backdoor.

This is something added by ASUS, but incomplete...
Try running this line

et -i eth1 msglevel 15

This should not produce output, but should enable debug messages on. Also, have you tried dmesg?

QoS web setting is also avalible at official version 1.8.1.9.

but the whatever setting, no useful at all.
my download or upload speed still can reach the maximum.

how to use that?
will ASUS fix that and release the new firmware include that?

well it's not implemented so nothing to fix yet..
probably it will be in one of the next versions..
