Hello,
I have a problem with a print server of Netgear (WGPS606). I buy a print server and I installed in my LAN. The previous LAN had the WL500 (internet access) connected wired with a Desktop PC and wireless with a laptop.
Now I have a WL500gx connected to the internet, the laptop connected wireless, the print server connected wireless and the desktop pc connected wired to the print server.
The print server is in the LAN and I can access from all the computers. If I ping the desktop pc, the print server and the router from the laptop is all ok, if I ping the laptop and the print server from the desktop pc is all also ok, but if I ping the router from the desktop pc I canīt have an answer.
What I can do?
The router is configurated as Hybrid AP Mode and the MAC Address of the printer server is in the Remote Bridge list. I have static IP so the right IP and MAC of the printer server is in the Manual Assigned IP list and the MAC address of the print server is also in the Access Control list. I have enabled IP Config Route and assigned in the Route table the IP of the Desktop PC to the Print server IP as Gateway.
Really I donīt know what else can I do. I can print from all the computer to the print server but I cannot connect to internet from the desktop PC (because I cannot also ping the router from this computer).
