Was anybody able to use a c-media based card with fw 1.9.2.7-7f?

If yes how?

i get this error msg:
hub.c: new USB device 01:03.0-1, assigned address 2
usb.c: USB device 2 (vend/prod 0xd8c/0xc) is not claimed by any active driver.

thank you

I bought a very cheap Cmedia USB audio card from 'Media Markt'. Brandname: Speed Link. I have it working in my old 500 and I also got it to work on 500GP.

My log also says that the device 'is not claimed..'. However I got the audio working after installing esd, based on http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=4150.

my 500 log (usb audio ref only):

Hi

I have a C-Media USB Audio 5.1 Converter (00057111) that is fully recognized by the Asus gP, but I need your help:

I want to have the sampling rate at 48.000Hz whereas the driver+audio converter sets the sampling rate to 44.100Hz.
I need the 48.000Hz for proper downsampling to 8.000Hz afterwards.

Does anybody know how to achieve that? see also log:
