problem with telnet/ssh

hello,

i have installed the custom firmware 1046
i can't login via ssh (i did something wrong with the shells)
and i can't login via telnet, because i disabled it :( so i have no access to a shell...
now i want to start-over,

how can i delete everything and try again?

have i do reflash it with custom firmware again?
