WL-HDD and FTP service - cannot connect,why? [Archive]

Hi, I'm newbe with WL-HDD - say first.
What can be wrong.

My firmware version is ASUS 1.2.3.9
How to configure ftp service on WL-HDD, I can connect it :mad: but I get the message from for example ftp Total Commander client "the user or password is incorect" but user with password is ok.
I cannot get in even using MS IE7.

There is an excellent ftp guide here (http://www.sprayfly.com/wiki/VSFTP_Guides). Along with guides for pretty much everything else worth fiddling with on this great little device.
