Unmount HDD?

Hello,

whenever I try to unmount my mounted HDD with "umount /opt" I get "umount: Couldn't umount /opt: Invalid argument".

What is going wrong here? How can I safely unmount my HDD?

Oleg's firmware running, HDD ist ext3 formatted.

Thanks for the help (even half a year later). I had to disable the swap file and kill smbd (I was not noticing that it was logging to /opt). Now it works.
