hard reset router???

it's possible to reset the router so that really everything is away? (also the user if it is user shared....) because if i reset or if i upload a newer/older firmware the users are there and a rpc error appears also when i activate nfs.

and i must at the moment daily upload a newer/older firmware because i get no connection to it after 15-20 hours... (by lan) and i don't know why...

for 1,5 months everything worked fine (but buggy because of the fws) but now there are some bigger problems...

i hope somebody could help me....

I believe so. Press and hold the reset button for 10+ seconds. This should clear your NVRAM to factory defaults. From what I've heard, you'll have to reconfigure pretty much everything.
