Disappointment with Itunes & ID3 Tags

I have bought the wl-700 router to utilize the iTunes server. According to the pictures posted on ASUS own website:

it is possible to see the ID3 Tags, however in real life its not possible.

BIG dissapointment

I hope that ASUS upgrades the Software of Firmware ASAP!

Not sure exactly what the problem is but it seems to be one with the version of the Tag that is being used. I have both a PC and a Mac. I used Tag&Rename to synchronize the ID3v2 tags to the ID3v1 tags (the MP3 tag synchronization wizard set to copy information from ID3v2 to ID3v1 tags and set to overwrite only blank fields) and now I can see all of the tag information in Itunes on both the Mac and the PC.

After you sync the tag files you have to eject the shared library and wait about 2 or 3 minutes for the tag to show up.

So far this has worked with all the files that I have tried it with.
