Hi all -

I have started to 'play' with Oleg's firmware (newest release). I have a few questions which I hop some of you will help solve.

1. How do i 'telnet' into the WL-HDD ?
If I telnet 192.168.0.4 I'm asked for login and password. 'Default' <admin> + <admin> doesn't work.

WL-HDD is 'behind' a WL Router and connects perfectly in 'client-mode. Using the 'original' ASUS FW I created two partitions, part1 + part2.

After downloading Oleg's FW I'm only able to see part2 (which is actually part1 !?).
2. How do I tell WL-HDD that I need to see and acces both partiotions ? I'm a Linux newbie :-)

Looking forward to your answers and comments

Best regards

If I remember correctly, the login for a fresh Oleg install are
User id empty, password "admin".

Correct for a 'http-session', but what about a 'telnet-session'. It seems it woun't accept emty 'login' !?

Hi Gumse,

It seems it woun't accept emty 'login' !?

The magic key are: System Setup->Change Name
After you change the root user name true the 'http-session' you can 'telnet' with this user into the WL-HDD :)
('admin' are a good chose for the WL-HDD root user name)

And then have a look on this site (http://www.sprayfly.com/wiki/Sprayfly).
