Bekijk de volledige versie : Initial script after USB-disc mount?

Hello,

I'd like to ask if it's possible with Oleg's current firmware to start a given script after an USB-disc is plugged in?
The Webinterface gives me the option of running an initial script, but it has to be on the USB-disc itself. However, I need the script to be on the internal harddisk.
Is there a possibility to configure watchdog or whatever in a way that this is possible?

CU!

Use post-mount or specify full path via web.

Hi Oleg,

Use post-mount or specify full path via web.

Thanks a lot, and also for your great firmware! It really makes this router something I've always needed :)

One last thing:
If I don't use the USB-functions from the webinterface and load the corresponding USB-modules manually at startup, the USB device is still automatically mounted to /tmp/harddisk.
Is there a way to configure this mounting process? For example mounting it to some other directory or even better mount it manually or through a hotplug script?

CU!

Frederik.

Hi everybody,

I found a solution to my problem, see more about it here (http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=6826).
