Bekijk de volledige versie : "Manually Assigned IP List" not working
Under IP Config->DHCP Server, there is an option called Manually Assigned IP List. I guessed that it's a way to force the DHCP server to assign certain IP addresses according to MAC addresses. However, it doesn't work; in fact, it doesn't seem to have any noticable effects at all. Am I missing something?
I've tried several different versions of firmware. Right now, I'm using version 1.8.1.3.

Hi !
Works fine for me with 1.7.5.9-3 :
1) have click yes to 'Enable Manual Assignment?'
2) for each PC I want a fixed DHCP attribued IP, have enter mac (12digits) and IP.
3) IPs I choose for fixed assignement have been kicked out the DHCP pool.
Eg.:
Fixed IP adresses : from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.10
DHCP pool : from 192.168.0.11 to 192.168.0.253
Hope this help.

I just "downgraded" to 1.7.5.9-3, and it's working now. Thanks.

Hi ppl...
Just bought one wl500g and the first firmware i tried was 1.7.5.9-5 and couldn't use the "Manually Assigned IP List" option... So i followed your suggestion and installed the 1.7.5.9-3, but i still had the same problem...
When i was typing the MAC or IP in the web interface i couldn't see anything so i thought it could be mozilla's issue and tried to do the same procedure with IE! :D It worked...
Since wondershaper is a great feature in 1.7.5.9-4 i reinstalled the 1.7.5.9-5 firmware and everything kept working perfectly!
Hope this can help any of you...

Seems fine on the new Asus Firmware (1.8.1.7) - No problems here bar the occasional router printer crash needing a router reboot
