Can I install a database server like Firebird on WL-HDD ? Should I use a spesific firmware ?

Asus WL-HDD is an mipsel machine so with custom firmware (linux toolchain) it may be possible
to install/recompile firebird on it (please ask on firebird-devel for more info about mipsel port)
