share Management

Hi,

I got two question concerning the share Management:
1. Harddrives connected by USB seem to be accessible to all users. Is there a possibility to restrict the access adapting he user management? when I set rights for users only the shares of the internal hards drive will be shown. The external USB ones will automatically be assigned to the user.
2. Can I change the rights for certain users? I mean in "user MAnagement" it says "This page allows you to see and modify users." but I can oly create and delete them
