Wireless sometime not working ??

I have a strange problem with de wlan of the wl500gp
with Olegs firmware.

Some times the wlan is not accessable. after a reboot of the router or the
command "wlconf eth1 up" , its working again.

How can i fix this permanent ?
(please no crontab entry).:confused:
