DHCP server not working

I want to use my WL-HDD as a portable wireless access point that I can connect to any wired internet connection and give me wireless access from my PDA. But I can't get the WL-HDD to generate an IP address wirelessly. I have set "Become and AP if no AP connected" to 'Yes' and enabled the DHCP server but to no avail.

Any suggestions, guys?
