Hi all
I just bought the 500gp and I got the router up and running in no time with internet both local and wireless.
I have seagate 300gb usb HDD which I whould like to connect to the router, resulting in having a HDD i can access through wireless connection.
I would like to use the download functionality aswell but my question is now how do I setup my system for all this?
I would like to preserve the original firmware if possible as I know very little about linux :o)
Is the best solution for me to format lets say 100gb of the disk to ex. ext2 or ext3 and use this for the download function and then install a windows driver so I can read the partition in windows.
I do it this way will I then have full access to the data on the HDD through a wireless connection?
