Hi,
I need a router with a working bandwith management for down AND upload so I could reserve (approx. 100 kbit for each direction) bandwith for a VoIP client with it.
I remember to read in this forum, that the bandwith management for upload doesn't work properly for WL-500g and WL-500g Deluxe.
Does it probably work with WL-500 Premium? Original ASUS FW, or Olegs FW?

I didn't test it, but the latest ASUS FW (1.9.2.9) says some problems with it were fixed. I should work ok.

Well, i tested the Asus Premium with the Asus build in Bandwidth Management and i can say:
It doesnt work, if you want to control your WAN port :(

of couse I want to manage and to share my WAN bandwidth. VoIP works simply over WAN, how else? ;)
Could you make your statement more precise? What dows work, what doesn't work, how does it show itself? Does it work with an alternate firmware (Oleg's, open WRT or something else)?
