After Firmware Restoration

can't access router with telnet.

Former fw: Oleg,s...... WL500gp-1.9.2.7-7f-pre4.trx
Now fw: Asus.............WL500gp_1.9.6.9_TW.trx

Error: Unable to connect to 192.168.1.1 port 23


Any idea?
