Serial port with mobile phone cable

Hi,

after some while of trying, I got the serial console working using the onboard-serial port connected to a mobile phone cable for the voltage translation. Because I had to find all the nasty little details all over the net, I wrote a howto myself to let me remember later, but also to maybe help others.
