Hello,

I just bought an Samsung SCX-4100 laserprinter with an USB & parallel port. Printer works fine on the USB port. I just followed the printFAQ with adding the IP port stuff. Name of the printer shows up in the router, I can print, etc. Now when I connect the printer to the parallel port it won't print (It also doesn't show up in the router). Printjob is being processed(spooled) in winXP. Then the printer does seem to get some data because it's starts warming up but it doesn't finish the printjob. I tried changing from LPR to RAW and changing ports (9100-9101) but that doesn't do the trick. Even when trying printing in RAW the print queue in winXP gives a pop-up that the printjob failed. When I put back the usb cable it directly shows itself in the router and prints like a charm. Weird ain't it? I'm using Firmware v1.9.2.7-7c

Anyone got ideas on how to fix this? Or what I am doing wrong?
