olegs firmware have manual ip assign for mac address, but i dont know it is possible assign ip for 30-40 pc, or what is the maximum
mac filtering need too for 30-40 pc

Consider a 4th possibility ... no one that knows (who has 40 PCs around) has looked in here yet.

All is ok.

If that other IP is one of the DHCP range(or of the manual assignment list) it might conflict with another PC. You should make sure the user doesn't have the right to change the IP.
