Simply.... How to open a port

Hot to open a port in Wl500g deluxe?

i have a static ip lan, my computer is 192.168.1.2, hot to open an incoming port like 5000?

I'm asking bacause with this router i don't find a solution while with all other router i had tried i find it simple.

Programs, test website always say the port is not open.

Searched in the forums... i do the same as others....

I have 1.9.5 firmware... maybe it is bugged? where i can find 1.8.5 or older?

go to nat setting

then yo virtual server

C:\Documents and Settings\David\Escritori\dibujo.jpg

now you have to: Enable Virtual Server? yes

in port range you insert the port you want to open if there is someput the first one : the last, 6880:6883 the port 6880, 6881, 6882 and 6883will be open.

local ip: the ip of the computer that you will use the program

protocol: you will put if there is tcpor udp or both

and the name if you want.
