Hi,

I followed the instructions on another thread in this forum to update the bootloader and burn the mac back to my WL-500GX. Both passed sucessfully according to the asus .exe utilities.

When issuing "nvram get hardware_version" i still get

WL500gx-01-01-01-33

Is this normal? Or should it have changed? Can i somehow check what version of bootloader i am using?

You've to reset to defaults.

Thanks Oleg,

I am running OpenWRT RC4 on the router. What is the best way to reset to defaults? Will i have to set-up my NVRAM parameters again?
