Scripting or automatic disable Radio

Sorry if there is already an answer in Forum, but I´ve not found.

I´ve a WL-500g Deluxe, two cabled PC with Win2000 and one Laptop with WinXP, a Ethernet Card and a WLAN PCMCIA Card. I use not very oft the laptop with the WLAN, because I´ve also the cable solution. How can I make a little program (for ex. Script or Javascript or a Macro (VB) or...) that allow me to switch WLAN on or off from the desktop of my laptop when I´m with cable in a simple way (only a click instead of the normal [longer] way)?

I've got only 1 question: why do you want it?

For three reasons:
:cool: 1) A better security: if my WLAN is off, when I don´t use it, the probability that someone can access to my network become very low.
:D 2) A better healt: there is no proof that the EMF and the Radio Wave of WLAN causes problems, but it´s always better to reduce the exposition to them.
:) 3) A better World: if there is the opportunity to spare Energy (without WLAN) and Time (switching On and OFF faster), why not?
