22mbps communication possible (DLINK 900AP+) ??

Hi,

I am using a DLink DWL-900AP+ as WLan client, connecting to a ASUS WL-500G.
ASUS is capable 0f 11 / 54Mbps, DLink of 11 Mbps extendable to 22Mbps if used with other Dlink Airplus products.

Is it possible for me to communicate between DLink and ASUS on 22MBPS??
