Please, help me

I’ve droped TCP RST protocol in "Wan&Lan filter", but i continue watch "R" flag, while running tcpdump. How can I drop it completely?

It's necessary to add:
iptables -I FORWARD 1 -o ppp0 -p tcp --tcp-flags RST RST -j DROP
to post-boot
