printer setup wizard

I had a full recovery on my laptop, and wanted to set up the asus printserver again. I have asus wl-500g deluxe model. Last time there were no problem with the printer setup, because there was automaticly created a "asus remote port", and everything worked perfectly. This time there was no printer port created, and i had to make a tcp/ip port manually. Raw, on port 9100. The problem is that the printer starts printing after 1 minute after i press print button with the new printerport. With "asus remote port" it started up right away.
Firmware version is: 1.9.5.0. I have tried 1.9.2.7, and 1.9.3.6, but not working. Printer is epson stylus 950. I have been using the printer wizard that followed the router on cd, and i have also tried to download new versions from asus website.

Do anyone now what i could do to setup with asus remote port again?

if anyone have the printer wizard on cd that followed the wl-500g model on cd, not the deluxe, and could send that wizard to me by email, i would be very thankful! i think that should work. ( had wl-500g before i bought wl-500g deluxe)

As far as I know Asus firmware does not (or not really) support RAW printing, but LPR. LPR uses the spooler, thus producing the delay in your print job. With Olegs firmware (6c-pre5 currently)and RAW printing all works fine for me on the wl500g deluxe and a Epson EPL 5600 (connected with a cheap USB->Centronic cable )
