Hello,
I'm having a problem with my WL-HDD that I'm hoping someone can help me with. When I'm copying a large number of files to the device, it seems to "hang" and not respond to any network requests. What I've done is this:
1. Updated firmware to 1.2.3.4.
2. Turned off DHCP.
3. Changed IP address to 192.168.100.2, made the gateway 192.168.100.1
4. Plugged into my Linksys WRT54G.
5 Configured the WL-HDD to act as an AP only. Configured the wireless to only accept the MAC address of one card (the one in my laptop).
Now when I copy a large # of files or try to delete files over the wired network, it seems to hang. I've got to power off and on, and then all seems to be okay again.
Any help/suggestions?
