schedule the use of MSN Messenger

My son is losing all its time in front of MSN Messenger.

I would like thru rules on router schedules the use of MSN during certain period of time.

Is it possible or not?
How to do it?

Iptables? Just a guess, but i think that it could be fixed by that.. but i'm not a "geek" into those iptables so i'm sorry i can't help you further...
