Connects through Belkin Pre-N Wireless Router using Ethernet cable - no problem. However, after 3 days of trying cannot access the WL-HDD 2.5 using wireless (once the eithernet calbe is removed) FW=1.2.3.4 ... all else works fine. Desperate in Arkansas for expert assistance! Thanks.
The only certain way I've founded to switch it from cable to wireless or back is to reboot both the wl-hdd abnd the computer.
Sergei ... thanks for the reply. What wireless seetings did you use to make the wireless work? WDS? Hybrid? Did you have to do anything with your router's settings? I am trying to get the "big picture", and I have been trying without luck for 8 days ... also have 7 unanswered calls in to Asus tech support. I really need the help of the forum on this one ...
