Hi

I used WLHDD-1.9.2.7-6b and it's works very nice very good job

But when i want modified the smb.conf after reboot my modified is not here
Can i modified smb.conf ?

Something like


echo /etc/smb.conf >> /usr/local/.files
flashfs save && flashfs commit

should do the trick.

All the command is OK

But after reboot smb.conf is again the original :(

what did you do exactly ?
1) Modify /etc/smb.conf
2) add (only once) /etc/smb.conf in /usr/local/.files (using echo /etc/smb.conf >> /usr/local/.files)
3) issue (each time you modify your smb.conf) flashfs save && flashfs commit
4) reboot

Could you please issue the following command and post the result here ?


ls -la /usr/local/.files
cat /usr/local/.files

Hi

I configured my wlhdd on home gateway with dhcp and modem on ethernet port

But now the samba doesn't work

With command ps i don't see smbd and nmbd

but behind all it's ok

With \\wlhdd problem

but with \\192.168.1.1 not problem

I have a problem with netbios ?
