i can't connect to my server...

i hv open a ftp server ,it is working fine
other people can connect to it from ftp://warrenmeteor.no-ip.org
but i can't...
i can connect to it from ftp://192.168.1.3 only.....
anybody can help me...?

that is because of NAT. 192.... is inside your private(home) network, the no-ip is internet.
