telnet connection

I would like to connect to my Asus with telnet, but Asus has only non-public IP. On windows based PC, there exist a lot of services for example www.hamachi.cc, which are enabling this connection (non-public IP to non-public IP).
Do you know about something like this for Linux what is suitable for Asus router?
