I define DO_IPV6 in the makefile for iptables, I ensure ip6tables and supporting plug-in .so's are installed in the final image, and change the kernel configuration to include ip6_tables and ip6table_filter modules. ip6tables appears to run (using the new ipv6-enabled uclibc), but there is failure:
insmod: init_module: ip6table_filter: Invalid argument
when I try to list or manipulate the table.
Has anyone else played with this before me and had more luck ? The only similar problem I can find reported occurred when someone tried to use the same on the linux-hppa port. Otherwise I guess it's time to look at the source, as there is nothing in the dmesg.
