Looking for information about how to configurae WL500g for oracle passtrough, hopefully without having to use DMZ.
Are hosting an oracle database on a local machine which should be available from WAN. Oracle TNSPING finds the database from client, while connect seems impossible to establish.
Firmware : 1.9.2.7-5a
DB-Hostmachine : 192.168.1.11 placed in DMZ
Asus-Firewall : Off
PC-Firewall (Norton) : off (when testing)
Oracle-Server : PC WinXP SP2
When trying to establish connection, the Oracle Listener-Log detects the request and seems OK, the client doesnt seem to get the accknowledge from the database listener service.
