certificate for WPA

I set up WiFi network with WL-500g and WPA-PSK auth and TKIP+AES encription. I tried to set up only WPA, but the client needed certificate. I am wondering, how does this work, where could I get certificate for client computers?

And one more question. Which RADIUS server is the best for Windows based system?
