Hi

I just found out that i can telnet the router from the wan side, and actually log on the router.
I just testet this from work, how do i close this??

This shows up in the log after telnet to my ip:

Jun 23 09:41:24 login[529]: root login on `pts/0'

As far as I know, the default is that the telnet port (tcp port 23) is CLOSED from the WAN side, so my guess is that you have opened it ?

Disable web admin access from the wan.

Does webadmin access from WAN also enable telnet from WAN Oleg?

....Personally I would be more worried about opening webadmin to WAN than opening telnet ;-)
