In new ipkg package "ipkg_0.99.148-1_mipsel.ipk" is not rc.unslung script !!

rc.unslung is not part of the ipkg optware.
rc.unslung is provided by Oleg for the wiley community.

ipkg.conf is no more installed with ipkg package.

ipkg.conf must be in ipkg package else "ipkg update" not working

must include this links:
src wl500g http://wl500g.dyndns.org/ipkg

This saga is the reason why I preferred that Oleg release the ipkg package in his feed, and that it *not* be part of the unslung feed ....
