I have a work HD but the Hardware has stopped working after a power failure. Seems to be a common problem but no solutions given.
Does anyone know how to get the data off by mounting in linux etc?
Can anyone extract the data for me in Australia?
I believe the file system may be a propriety Reiser FS.
Hi I have the same problem. :(
I tried to connect the Hdisk through USB external box to my PC but doesn't work.(the partition is unallocated partition or at least is not regognized).
The only solution that I found is to purchase a new power supply from asusparts .
When I will receive the new power supply I will try to power on the storage router after have connect the HD, to see what will be happen;)

I have extracted data off the internal disk before using this information
