usb printer on parallelport

hello,

this is my problem:

i want to use my HP Photosmart 7350 with the asus wl500g. the printer works only with usb. so the usb port at the router is used. but furthermore i want to connect a usb hdd with der router. this hdd works with usb too. so can i link the usb printer with the parallel port of the router?

use usb hub, it's supported.

I think you should consider purchasing a usb hub. It comes handy sometimes :)

so i can connect a usb to the usb port at the router? i tested it with a usb hub, but i doesnt word. i cant find the router wich is connected to the hub. does it work with ervery usb hub? if this work, it would be perfect.

try powering your usb hub or without powering

some work only with external power some only without

as far as we know every 'usb hub' works

this means also that a usb hub with some extra ports (lpt, serial, ps/2 etc..) is not an usb hub but a usb device with an optional usb hub attached and may not work
