The WL-100g get's very hot during these days. Is there a way to decrease the temperature?
By the way, is this temperature dangerous for the device?

yes it does get hot, but regardless of this every wireless card does (as far as I know)
and my WL100g which is like 1.5 year old still hasn't died..
and it's not getting warm around those days but HOT so I know what you mean
