Hi, I would like to know what I have to do for connecting my usb flash (pqi: intelligent stick 2.0). In user manual is written this:

Linux Kernel 2.4.0 or higher users:
Please use "mount" command and follow the instructions:
Execute cd /etc/sysconfig/ and cat /etc/sysconfig/hwconf more.
Check device information in "hwconf" and write down the mount point.
Create a directory in "/mnt" - for example, mkdir /mnt/usbdisk.
Run mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/usbdisk (if the mount point is dev/sda).

And I have no knowledge about Linux such that I don't know what to do. I can get to st like command line (I thing that it is shell??) but that's all.
Please help and write me step by step.
