I see no forum for the new a730(w).
Questions:
- battery life of the 1100mw accu is very poor. What can i do to use the MyPal as long as possible without recharging?
- is there a setup guide for the WLAN. I can't get it to work or have it connecting to an AP (WPA-PSK and TKIP).

I've tested the A730W personally, I could not reproduce the possible 'issue' with the battery (continues playing MP3 from 1GB Dane Elec CF card at 100% volume, using GS player for 2~2.5 hours)

I'm not familair with the WLAN function of the A730W (does it support WPA-PSK at all? my A716 does not)

Using the A730W with WiFi enabled, the accu lasts for 1~1.5 hours. While working the battery only lasts 2~2.5 hours, which is short compared to the competition.

The WLAN function of the A730W supports WPA-PSK with WEP or TKIP encryption.

I have not run any test using WiFi or BT at all and don't have an A730W forhands anymore for testing..

hello
akku is really poor. my mypal 730w had a second akku in the box.
the 1800er akku is VERRRY big.
2x 1100 and 1x 1800 akku its ok for 1 day BT or wlan
bt for GPS and wlan to check a few times mails.

WPA-PSK and TKIP works fine.
i have a dropdown wpa-psk und a second with tkip
I filled out the field "key" and OK. ready to get my IP from the DHCP.
