Hi..
I am having problems setting up my router as a wireless bridge.
It is not possible to run a network cable to my printer room, so I want to setup a wireless bridge instead.
Setup:
WanKkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkwireless bridgeKkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkusb cable

Kkk fw=DD WRT v24Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkfw=Asus 1.9.7.7
I have tried, but I cant get any connection with the asus fw, when its setup as a bridge. Even with security switched off, I wasnt able to connect to the WRT54G.
I then flashed the router with DD WRT v24 and set it up. It worked the first time. Unfortunately DD WRT doesnt support USB for the v1 wl-500gp.
Any guru´s have an idea why the asus fw doesnt work?
I have turned off DHCP, set Lan to the right IP, disabled the firewall before I swichted it to bridge/Ap mode.
Any help is welcome
