3g conectivity issues

Hi guys, I'm having some 3g conectivity issues, the modem light is cyan but i do not get internet on the computers and the modem can't ping either.

I believe it has something to do with the WAN gateway being set to 10.64.64.64

Can anyone tell me if this is normal?
