Hi all,

I have tried 1.8.1.9 official and latest Olegs 1.9.3.6, but I cannot get 2 Asus 300g to operate in a WDS when using WPA-PSK/TKIP or AES... Without encryption everything works fine. I was trying to find at least old official firm. 1.8.1.7, which should be OK, at least judging from the comments here, but without success. Anybody with a link to a working firmware for 300g in WDS with WPA-PSK?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, I've moved this question to the Dutch forum. It was concerning the 1.9.3.6. Bèta FW installed on a wl300g, running as a Home Gateway (ISP = @Home, cable internet). As far as I could tell, I got all the settings right (Hostname, IP & DNS configuration&DHCP server), I even reset the wl300g after upgrading. Yet, when I go to the web-interface, I recieve an error message that the wl300g 'Lost IP From Server' and that the 'Cable not connected'. Obivously the cable was connected and undamaged (using it right now).
If I get any idea how to solve this, I'll also post it here (in english). If anyone else knows what I did wrong or how I can solve this problem, please let me know.

I'll answer myself too: the problem seems to be fixed, I'm posting this message through my wireless network!
What I did: surf the web for information, search tech-fora, post on some fora, and finally: call the Asus Supportline. There I was told, that the web-key could be the cause: and when I turned it off I was able to surf the web again via wireless network. Perhaps this is a bug in the Firmware? I used the same web-key before the firmware upgrade.
